REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories (if applicable).

  • An unboxing video and clear images are provided in case of damage/defect claims.

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable / Final Sale

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Shipping and COD charges (unless the error is from our side)


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at lyramartshop@gmail.com

  2. Provide your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund

  3. Attach clear photos and unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable), or

  • You may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality inspection.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving correct bank details.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.


5. Order Cancellation Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
