RETURN &EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at lyramart.shop. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).

  • An unboxing video is available in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is part of a clearance sale, discounted sale, or marked non-returnable category (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Innerwear (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or promotional products


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Size issue (only if exchange stock is available)

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Refund (as per eligibility)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at lyramartshop@gmail.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos and unboxing video (if claiming damage/defect)

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable), OR

  • You may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after receiving bank details.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Multiple return requests from the same customer may be subject to review.

  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
