RETURN &EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The product is returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).

An unboxing video is available in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The item is part of a clearance sale, discounted sale, or marked non-returnable category (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear (if applicable)

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards or promotional products
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or defective product received

Size issue (only if exchange stock is available)
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer:

Store credit

Refund (as per eligibility)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Mention your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for return

Attach clear photos and unboxing video (if claiming damage/defect)
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:

We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable), OR
-
You may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after receiving bank details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Multiple return requests from the same customer may be subject to review.
